Here’s a nice shot of Mike’s cymbal set up from left to right. All from the “Nemesis” series by Saluda Cymbals. These cymbals are incredibly loud, earplugs are must anytime Mike is playing with these. They are also expertly crafted to allow for a huge dynamic, and expressive range. As a bonus, they look cool as all hell!

I did a promotional shoot for Mike and his kit a few days ago. So expect some more photos of his gorgeous Gretsch kit adorned with a set of the brilliantly made Saluda Cymbals! For those curious of the camera I used, it was a Canon Rebel T3i.

I rated each album, song by song, on first listen. The rating system is as follows. 3 stars was neutral with each star above or below being a point more or less, respectively. and then the total points was divided by points possible and the resulting percentages were compared against other albums and thus my list. in the event of a tie the album with more 5 star songs will be declared better. *also, the ratings aren’t based on percentages like grades are so a 6/10 isn’t a D… it’s actually a solid rating.
